Influenced by country, blues and classic rock bands from the 1960s, ’70s, and ’80s, Clearwater applies tight harmonies to familiar songs from artists including the Eagles, Lynyrd Skynyrd and John Fogerty along with local country favorites Charlie Robison and Kevin Fowler. Original progressive country music from Clearwater includes their songs “Can’t Get it Like I Used To,” “Fire in the Western Sky” and “If God Can Forgive Me, Why Can’t You.”

Hailing from the San Antonio-Boerne area, band members include Bruce Goodwyn, vocals, keyboard, piano and organ; Dennis Hickey, vocals, bass guitar and keyboard; Dr. Parke Hedges, vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, and mandolin; Eric Chuber, vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, and harmonica; and Nelson Sigoloff, drums and percussion.

Nathan Hamilton was born and raised in Abilene,Texas. He currently resides in Austin. He has been performing music professionally for 16 years. During that time he has released six albums on his own and two as a member of the Good Medicine Band (aka Sharecroppers). He was a winner of the 2000 Kerrville New Folk Award and a Top 5 Finalist in the 2008 Independent Music Awards. Nathan tours internationally both solo and with his band No Deal. His latest CD entitled, "Beauty, Wit and Speed" was released in October, 2011 and recently debuted at #10 on the Euro Americana Chart.

ABOUT JORDAN HARO (Director) Jordan Haro is a Film, Music Video & Commercial Director/Editor/Producer who is quickly making his mark in the industry. A native Austinite, Haro met Frost in high school and the two immediately began collaborating on projects. At age 18, his short film "When Life Gives You Lemons" was selected to the 2009 South By Southwest Film Festival, proving that filmmaking was all he could focus on. It’s a free show at Austin’s best kept secret, our very own “Riverwalk” type ampitheater a few blocks north of downtown on Red River. Margo’s husband, comedian Ron White will be in attendance watching his wife sing “Let the Rain,” which charted at #17 on Billboard’s Dance Charts. Ron thinks “Margo creates the sexiest music on the planet,” and we tend to agree.

Come join us and AMFM’s own Reno Perez will also entertain you with some surprise musical guests, and his own flavor of the blues. The family-friendly event is sponsored by the Brandon Gallagher-Manning Memorial Endowment, which supports the Songs & Stories concert series. The series helps support nature programs at the non-profit Cibolo Nature Center. Brandon’s Revue will begin at 6 p.m. (gates open at 5:30 p.m.). Tickets cost $25 in advance from www.outhousetickets.com or $30 at the event, with children under 12 admitted free.
